Charles Eden is the leading Independent Estate Agents with more than 90 years combined experience in selling residential property.
Headed by Justin Flanagan a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, member of the Land Institute and representative of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents the team is dedicated to providing professional, caring, friendly and effective service backed by high quality marketing.
Locally Charles Eden are situated by the junction of Kelsey Park Road, Beckenham High Street & Manor Road so a central position which we have occupied for over 16 years hence being such a well known local company.
Since 1995 Charles Eden have been chosen exclusively to represent the Guild of Professional Estate Agents in the Beckenham and Shortlands area. The Guild is a professional network of over 500 offices working together to provide a comprehensive national marketing force. The Guild monitor each area to ensure that they select the agent that is an expert if their local market demonstrating a professional, ethical and proactive approach with excellent customer service to ensure they can work within the Guilds strict code of conduct. The London Market Through the Guild Charles Eden share an office in Park Lane, Mayfair W1. All of our properties are featured on touch screen panels in the windows of this spacious office. Visitors are dealt with professionally and Charles Eden can be reached on the phone there at 020 7079 1559. This is a great way for us to access the lucrative London market and notably brings us high net worth individuals and investors.

See the Mortgages page of our web site. We work with Linear Financial Solutions who have a broker within our office. The broker is able to assist with advising and arranging mortgages, remortgages, associated life, critical illness and redundancy protection policies as well as general insurance. There is no obligation to use their services but it does provide a useful way to establish your budget. It is also a great service for buyers and sellers alike for our financial offer qualification enables us to put forward a buyers offer in its best light whilst giving a degree of reassurance to the seller that there has been some financial investigation. Either pop in or telephone for more details. Your home is at risk if you do not keep up repayments. An administration fee will be payable to Linear on submission of a mortgage application and this is usually £75. As a rule there will be no fee for advice however if a fee were to apply this would be clearly stated up front and so no cost would be incurred without your agreement. The charging of such a fee will depend on your circumstances but we estimate it will be no more than 1% of the loan amount, payable on application
