Justin Flanagan launched his career in estate agency in 1984 becoming a Fellow of The National Association of Estate Agents in 1995. In 1994 Justin set up Charles Eden as an Independent Estate Agency with a view to providing a "Professional, Friendly, Caring, Effective" service.

The Sales team give coverage 7 days a week.

We use a powerful computer software programme designed exclusively for estate agents. Digital photographs are taken of your property, which lets you see the pictures as they are taken, ensuring you are happy with the images and enabling us to download them on our return to the office. These then download both to our cinematic window projection system and our website which is updated daily. It is therefore possible that your property may be viewed by a prospective buyer on screen in the office shortly after we have left your home. Our system also allows us to text message all suitable buyers on our books as soon as your property is marketed.
