Since 1995 Charles Eden have been chosen exclusively to represent the Guild of Professional Estate Agents in the Beckenham and Shortlands area. The Guild is a professional network of over 700 offices working together to provide a comprehensive national marketing force. May 2013 saw Charles Eden win the Silver award for the Southern Home Counties in the Guild of Profesional Estate Agents National Awards in a prestigious ceremnoy at the Millenium Hotel, Grosevnor Square

At the Guild of Professional Estate Agents annual conference in June 2011 Charles Eden were announced as the Winners of the Best in Class award for the Southern Region.

2012 saw Charles Eden win the Guild of Professional Estate Agents award for Member of The Year in The Southern Region for an unprecedented 2nd year running.
